I'm getting a few a few messages from people asking if Bingobongo is closing down. So can we just clear some things up.

Some of the newer people to Bingobongo may not know Wench as he rarely plays CSS. He was one of the first people Wilf and Judge (the founders of Bingobongo) asked to be an admin. He soon became the guy that pretty much sorted everything for the clan. From designing and creating our forums to setting-up all of our servers. He played a pivotal role in making Bingobongo one of the most successful clans ever. His forums were getting over 2 million click per year and had over 600 registered users. His work on the servers ensured that Bingobongo servers ran like clockwork and were lag free, with the best reg' in the UK.

Wench looks like he will be taking a break from the workload we have dumped on him for a few months.
Latterly Wench and I did not see eye-to-eye on most things, but for many years I did class him as a friend. I and I'm sure a lot of you guys would like to thank him for all his effort and wish him well on whatever he gets up to. (I think he is doing Web design work, so keep him in mind if you know people with cash that are looking for help with a web design).


Moving forward,

Recently we are delighted that one of the original founders Sir Wilfred has come back to be a Head Admin.

Two of our best admins (Kronik and Hitmart) have stepped-up to plate and will be sorting out our some of our server problems.

Kronik has been promoted to full head admin.

We will be looking at getting a BB match team sorted in the very near future.

Last night was one of the busiest nights in many a month and it was good to see the server filling up with some old faces and loads of new people.


In short,

The world famous Bingobongo will be around for many years to come.

on a side note, if you need more people to help out, give me a shout, im competent with jsp, servers, databases and i used to know php, wont take me long to relearn shit like that.

Guys, if you need any extra help, I'm happy to do what I can to help out. I don't have a job at the moment so am available most of the time. I know a bit about servers from my last job, and whilst my degree is software engineering, I'm happy to read a book and search websites for help on anything I'm not up to scratch on. I'm hoping to get a job soon so I can drop some donations your way too
